Maddy Hauge Practice Manager

Maddy is originally from Port Saint Lucie, Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree in athletic training at Florida State University where she worked with FSU football, softball, track, and swim & dive. Following that, she went to the University of South Carolina for advanced athletic training and completed her masters of science there. She wanted to focus more on surgical skills, so she came to The Steadman Clinic for the athletic training residency. She completed a year of rotations with our Steadman physicians that involved advancing her orthopedic knowledge base, surgical skills, and developing research. In August 2022, Maddy joined Dr. Provencher’s team and brings a wealth of orthopedic knowledge to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

Madison McNeill
Madison McNeillSurgery Coordinator

Madison is originally from Tallahassee, Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Central Florida. After graduation, she took the leap to move to Fort, Collins, Colorado for a change of scenery. While in Fort Collins, Madison began her healthcare administration adventure managing a pediatric therapy clinic prior to joining the team. Her passion for helping others, mixed with a desire to explore mountain living, led her to her current role as surgical coordinator for Dr. Provencher in January 2023. Madison provides patients exceptional help with any questions regarding coordination of care and surgery scheduling.

Scott Liegel
Scott LiegelPA-C

Scott is originally from Spring Green, Wisconsin and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, followed by his Master’s in Athletic Administration at the University of Wisconsin.  During his time at the University of Wisconsin, Scott was a Division 1 wrestler and NCAA qualifier for the Badgers. While in college, he gained valuable experience working within an orthopedic research lab where he studied the healing process of tendons and ligaments in animal models.  He then worked as a physical therapy aide and coached high school football, wrestling, and track before going on to complete his Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Iowa, where he tailored his coursework to align with his enthusiasm and interest for orthopedics and sports medicine.  Scott joined Dr. Provencher’s team at The Steadman Clinic in January of 2019 and is excited to provide care for all of his patients while taking part in everything the Vail Valley has to offer.

Jasmin Schmitz
Jasmin SchmitzPA-C

Jasmin is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and earned her Bachelor of Health Science, in Physiology, from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. It was there, while working closely with the athletic trainers for the university’s football and track and field teams, where Jasmin’s interest in sports medicine began.  She went on to work as a refugee medical case manager and a physical therapy technician before completing her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University. As a PA student she was selected as PAEA Student Health Policy Fellow where she gained valuable skills to support patients through health advocacy. Jasmin joined Dr. Provencher’s Team at The Steadman Clinic in 2022. She is excited to serve patients, with her enthusiasm for orthopedics and patient education, return to the activities they love.
